LEARN Lecture: Dr. Gail Fairhurst

Fairhurst, a Distinguished University Research Professor of Organizational Communication at the University of Cincinnati, gives a presentation on discursive leadership during Saint Vincent College’s LEARN series on March 20, 2019, at the College’s Fred M. Rogers Center. Fairhurst discussed ways in which to seek understanding of and have meaningful conversations with those who hold different views. The LEARN (Listen, Evaluate, Analyze, Reflect and Navigate), initiated in 2013, features speakers on contemporary issues or personal growth and works to prepare students for the world today.
