3 friends 1 DREAM: Can we claim the first 3 spots at the NCAA 3k steeple final !

After an incredible cross country season where we (Wingate cross country team) claimed the NCAA National Championship, and Titouan’s participation in the European Cross Country Championships, we followed up with a stellar indoor season that saw both of us earn All-American honors, finishing 5th in the Mile and 3k.
It’s time for us to wrap up the 2023/2024 season by our favourite event the 3000m steeplechase. And luckily for us we are join by one of our teammates/ friend: Ricardo Barbossaaaaaaa!!!!!!!
