How to make School Dinner Cake Recipe | Easy Cake Recipe | Cook with Anisa | Anisagrams

So recently I posted a picture on my Instagram of a School Dinner Cake I made for my kids and I got tons of messages asking for the recipe. If you've been to a primary school here in the UK then you will definitely remember this from your childhood and I'm sure you loved it as most kids did!

As promised heres the recipe for you, its super simple!

We easily spend £10 on an evening meal, BUT £10 will feed a person ALL Ramadan. So let's not forget them.

Cake Ingredients:
8oz Butter
8oz Sugar
4 eggs - whisk after each egg
1tsp vanilla paste
3 tbsp milk
8oz self raising flour
1tsp Baking Powder (optional)
Bake at 160c for 30mins or till done

For the Icing:
2-3 tbsp water into 300g icing sugar
Mix till thick but runny
