1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
red pepper and chive, chopped
diced vegetables (such as carrots, lettuce and cucumbers)

Instructions:

Cook the acorn starch:
In a pot, combine 1 cup of sifted acorn starch with 6 cups of water. Stir well to dissolve the starch completely.
Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a jelly-like consistency.
While the mixture is still hot, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil, then mix well.

Prepare the dressing:

도토리묵무침 만드는 법:

재료:
도토리 전분 1컵
물 6컵
소금 1티스푼
들기름 2스푼
간장 3스푼

멸치액젓 1/2스푼
깨 1스푼
잘게 썬 홍고추와 쪽파
썰은 채소들(당근, 상추, 오이 등..)

방법:

도토리 전분 익히기:
체에 거른 도토리 전분 1컵과 물 6컵을 냄비에 넣고 가루가 완전히 녹을때까지 잘 저어줍니다.
냄비를 중간불에 올리고 계속해서 저어줍니다. 전분물이 끓기 시작하면 약불로 줄이고 계속 저으면서 반죽이 걸쭉해져 젤리 형태가 될때까지 5-10분간 끓입니다.
뜨거운 상태의 반죽에 소금 1티스푼과 들기름 1스푼을 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.

드레싱 준비하기:
그릇에 간장 3스푼, 고춧가루 2스푼, 다진마늘 1스푼, 참기름 1스푼, 꿀 1스푼, 멸치액젓 1/2스푼, 깨 1스푼, 잘게 썬 홍고추과 쪽파를 넣고 다같이 잘 섞어줍니다.
본인 입맛에 따라 간을 조절해주세요.

도토리묵 굳히기:
뜨거운 반죽을 얕은 접시나 틀에 부어준 뒤 주걱으로 표면을 매끈하게 펴줍니다.
상온에서 30분간 식힌 뒤 냉장고에 넣어 최소 3시간 정도 혹은 단단해질때까지 차갑게 굳혀줍니다.

차림:
도토리묵이 완성되면 한입 크기나 본인이 원하는 크기로 썰어줍니다.
차가운 상태로 위에 소스를 뿌리고 채소와 함께 먹으면 꿀맛이겠죠?!
