In this video, Coach Chris TRU goes over a basic drill that lets your team get moving and warmed up with a great body control exercise. Being able to break down from a hard run, then go right back into a sprint is a valuable skill in flag football and many other sports.

Dedicate some time at each of your team practices for drills like this to ensure your team is well-balanced and gets to spend time on basic movements.
