INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup to 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (205 g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 fl oz (118 ml) hot water
1 Tbsp cooking oil (I used grape seed oil)
cooking oil for frying
