Step-by-step Instruction of the 5th Kumitachi, from the Takemusu Aiki-ken system of Morihiro Saito sensei.

Uke-tachi: Michael Ormerod. 3rd dan Aikikai

Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros (rokudan) was a permanent soto deshi in Iwama under Morihiro Saito sensei from 1986 until 1993. The purpose of this video is to support the training of TAE students and their preparation for tests. It is not meant to replace instruction by a teacher. Since guidance by a senior instructor is vital to proper understanding of the techniques, we do not advise anyone to try and learn the techniques based on videos.
