Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We are focusing on the pull muscles in your back and biceps and I want you to really pull with strength! We will perform supersets of a strength move for 3 rounds of 30 seconds each! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something as heavy as a row and something as light as a back fly for yourself. GO CRUSH IT!

Exercises:
1. Superman push-ups
2. Fly and curl
3. Left arm row
4. Right arm row
5. Hammer curls
6. Alternating arm curl hold extension
7. Back fly
8. Superman pull down
9. Supinated Curls
10. Pronated to internal rotation curl
11. Wide row alternating
12. Under hand row alternating
13. Bicep curl drop set
