Lifepro waver body vibration board progress update

Sorry for the long video - I wanted to show that things are possible even if you have joint replacements and motivating friends and family and then seeing their journey is rewarding!

I love my progress on this vibration board and based on where I started to where I've progressed, I cannot say enough good things about this Vibration board. Low impact, come as you are, working multiple area of the body, there are no down sides to this exercise.
