AI is having incredible impact on the lives of persons with disabilities.

At the AI for Good Global Summit, Charlotte Kan speaks with Paralympic tennis player, Charlotte Fairbank who has benefitted from an AI powered exoskeleton developed by Wandercraft, that enables her to 'walk' again. We also meet the Founder Nicolas Simon who explains his motivation in building accessibility solutions for paralyzed persons.

We also meet the founder of Bioniks, Anas Niaz, who talks about building AI-powered prosthetic limbs and how they are changing lives around the world.

The AI for Good Global Summit is the leading action-oriented United Nations platform promoting AI to advance health, climate, gender, inclusive prosperity, sustainable infrastructure, and other global development priorities. AI for Good is organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) – the UN specialized agency for information and communication technology – in partnership with 40 UN sister agencies and co-convened with the government of Switzerland.
