French meat recipe
Pork (loin) 2 pcs.
Champignon mushrooms
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Onion 1 pc.
Tomatoes 1 pc.
Spices:
Salt, black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Making the sauce:
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard beans 1 tsp.
Cap:
Cheese 100 gr.
Egg 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 2/3 tbsp. l.
Cooking:
Beat the meat on both sides, salt and sprinkle with spices
Fry the meat in a heated frying pan in oil on both sides until golden brown. Fry mushrooms
in the same frying pan
Potatoes, onions and tomatoes cut into rings
Prepare the sauce:
Mix mayonnaise and mustard
For the cap, grate the cheese, add the egg and mayonnaise, mix
Assembling the dish, meat in French:
Place the potatoes (cut into rings) in the shape of a circle on a sheet of parchment, place the meat on the potatoes, and brush with sauce. Next add mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Top with a cheese cap. Salt everything to taste.
Bake in the oven at 180/200 degrees for 25/30 minutes.
