How to solve the link fail problem of Nocai flatbed uv printer(part 2)?

The situation is, “Link fail” problem reported by the printer, and there are some lights working on the board, yet, not all the lights are working.

The “Link Fail” problem usually caused by below spare parts:
1.Print head cable;
2.Print head;
3.Print head board;
4.Mainboard cable;
5.Five pin black cable;
6.Mainboard.

(1). First check if the lights are working correct on print head board. We can check in different situation.

1.1 When printer connects to the computer by P Atool driver, 4 lights always on, 3 lights flushes.

1.2 When the printer doesn’t connect to the computer by P Atool driver, 4 lights always on, 2 lights flushes.

If there is less lights working but still have some, the print head board might has problem, but need more tests, fellow next steps.

(2). Turn off the machine, disconnect all the print head cables.

Then turn on the machine, if the error gone, means the problem should be the print head cable, or print head, or the print head cable connection. Reconnect the head cable, or replace the head and head cable.

If the error still there. Keep checking below:

(3). In that case, disconnect the mainboard cable, use an extra mianboard cable to connect the mainboard and the print head outside.

If the problem still there, 99% is the print head board problem. Replace it.
