BMW GA6PH19ZTU TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION PROBLEM SOLVED

PROBLEM SOLVED. PLEASE READ MY UPDATED COMMENT.
The car starts and drive fine from a cold start up, but after around 15 minutes of driving and you stop and put the car in (P) park, then try to shift to (D) drive or (R) reverse the car would automatically shift itself back to (P) park. If you shut the car off then restart, the car is now drive-able but went into a fail state and display a transmission malfunction message, the car then drive at extreme reduce power.
