About the Mantras:
Vishnu Suktam from Rigveda (Shaakala Shaaka), is a collection of Mantras from different Mandalas.

[A] Rishi - Dīrghatamas
(i) - I.154 - 6 Mantras
(ii) - I.155 - 6 Mantras
(iii) - I.156 - 5 Mantras

[B] Rishi - Bharadwāja
(iv) - VI.69 - 8 Mantras

[C] Rishi - Maitra Varuna Vasishṭha
(v) - VII.99 - 7 Mantras
(vi) - VII.100 - 7 Mantras

Benefits of the mantra:

[1] First three Suktams, to get the blessings of Vishnu, to attain good thought, to virility and for good children.
[2] Fourth Suktam, to get huge wealth, happiness and to attain whatever desire we have.
[3] Fifth and sixth Suktam to get wealth and comforts in our life.

Chanting Method / Oral tradition:
[1] The rendition of these Rig Veda mantras are as per the method followed in Tamil Nadu, India.
[2] This form of recitation takes lot of breath because, the Maatra for svarita/deergha svarita is more.
2. You can observe, the Deergha svarita is also indicated by single svarita mark unlike Taittiriya Sakha of Krishna Yajur Veda.
3. There is NO "Gm" sound in Rigveda, even though Anusvaara is followed by Ushma (sa, sha, Sa) and ra.
