Starting the Grain Harvest with Upgraded Combine and Truck | American Falls Farm | FS 22 | ep #30

Welcome back to the American Falls Farm Timelapse. We begin by delivering several pallets of sugar to the sales point using our truck. With sufficient funds, we purchase a field for over a million dollars. We also sell bread and furniture, realizing our truck is outdated and underpowered. Therefore, we invest in a new Peterbilt 579 truck and a KRONE cargo trailer.
Some of our grain fields are ripe and ready for harvest, so we bring our combine and other vehicles to the first field. Before starting the harvest, we sell the old combine and header, replacing them with a new JOHN DEERE S690 equipped with an air-system header and a 15-meter working width.
We start by harvesting the oats, then proceed to the barley field. While harvesting grain, we also bale straw and leave the bales in the field for later collection and delivery to the storage facility. The harvested grain is swiftly transported to the mill for processing into flour using our new truck.
