Описание к видео US Steel Trains - NS and Delray Connecting Railroads Servicing the River Rouge Steel Mill in Ecorse

It was a cold February 2019 as several trains bustled around Ecorse and River Rouge, Michigan. United States Steel, Great Lakes Works along with Zug Island used to operate molten steel bottle trains along the shores of Lake Erie. Delray Connecting used to used several switcher locomotives to pull the full molten steel cars south to River Rouge. From there, steel was turned into coils and slabs. A NS train with high hoods is seen pulling the daily coil train out of the industrial lead and back to the mainline. Even a switcher engine in the plant makes an appearance.
