HAPPI Hour - Embedding accessibility in all our housing: Looking beyond regulation

In this webinar that coincided with Accessible Homes Week, supported by the Centre for Ageing Better, we discuss the Part M consultation and the government's 1.5 million homes plan. We explore the HoME coalition's work, the UK’s accessible housing shortfall, and efforts to improve Building Regulations, before being introduced to best practice in accessible design.

We explore the upcoming RIBA housing guide on inclusive design, how a London authority has been expanding its range of accessible homes for people with support needs and how a private developer in the North West is incorporating accessible housing design into a major development in Greater Manchester.
