HAPPI Hour - Thinking beyond supported housing supportive communities for inclusion TRIM

Описание к видео HAPPI Hour - Thinking beyond supported housing supportive communities for inclusion TRIM

Building on our opening HAPPI Hour webinar of the Autumn/Winter 2024 series, this session delves deeper into inclusive strategies for creating supportive homes and environments, particularly for individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people.

We explore the latest design insights from an inclusive design and neurodiversity expert, winner of the AJ100 Change Maker 2024 award, as well as hear from a commissioner involved in transforming care and support at home within a local NHS health economy in collaboration with the Housing LIN. We also hear latest NIHR Evidence-funded research findings on older people with a learning disability.

To coincide with this HAPPI Hour, we have also published a guest blog by one of our speakers, Stephanie Kyle: https://www.housinglin.org.uk/blogs/D...
