3elloProg, is an Universal and Stand Alone/ Offline eeprom programmer, that allow to reading & writing data into eeprom chip easily, its portable size for convenience of outside services.
No computer is required, but can also works connected to a PC by 3ello software IDE interface.
It has internal TFcard system that also allows to storage all files you need to carry on.
Built in 3 socket type DIP-8 + QFN/WSON with 2 different chip sizes
