INGREDIENTS:
250g melted butter
3 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1tspn vanilla extract
rind of a lemon
3 cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup mixed fruit
1/4 cup choc bits
icing sugar to dust.
