The Cinnamon Experience: Sri Lanka Travels (Dec 2023)

Hey folks:

If you haven't figured it out by now, I am ingredient obsessed. Given that I was in Sri Lanka, and their cinnamon is world renown, it was inevitable I was going to visit a plantation.

We found one that had this tour, and while a bit steep in price, the guide provided a lot of handy knowledge about this ingredient that most of the world uses daily. If you use cinnamon, you should watch this. You'd learn a few surprising facts about this delicious spice, and you may change what types of cinnamon you buy.
