⭕️In this routine I will show you how to begin using more arm movements to help with balance.

⭕️By keeping your feet in contact with the mat you can build up your confidence until you feel that you are ready to begin bouncing more and lifting both feet off the mat whilst performing the arm exercises as well. Take things at your own pace and use the adaptations where possible.
