Todays Beginners / Older Adults Gentle Rebounding class has our feet in a fixed position and continuous contact with the mat.

This workout is perfect if you are just getting onto rebounding or if you have balance issues and want to do some gentle bouncing. Ideal if you have certain medical conditions, this class can be adapted so you use a balance bar or something stable to hold on to.
