Blue Gin Fizz

1.5 oz/45 ml Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Blue Curacao
.25 oz/7.5 ml Simple Syrup
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
Top with Soda

Method

1. Add all ingredients except soda into the shaker tin.
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds with ice.
3. Shake without ice for 10 seconds.
4. Pour into Flute and stop 1 inch/2.5 cm from top of glass.
5. Top with soda.
6. Garnish with Dried citrus wheel.
