Sri Anandavalli sametha Sri Agastheeswarar temple is located at Panchesti. It is on the enroute to Red Hills on the Kolkata highway. It is said that sage Sri Agathyar conducted pancha yagna in this place and worshipped Lord Siva and invoked His blessings. A vast temple this has the Bhairavar sannadhi and is said to be a Parihara Kshetram.
