Restoration video of a 1935 tin plate toy breakdown truck, made by Triang / Lines Brothers.
This is the early vintage pre war version of the truck Dating around 1935 with the full metal sheet chassis, later versions had circular or rectangular holes in the chassis or sometimes both, this was to save metal.

This truck was in a rather rusted state and was restored with a few items around the workshop including bicycle spokes a tent peg, a brass ball and some hooks.
