This is a massive leg day! I was left in bits after this, so I know you're going to love it! Training like this will help you build muscle all with no equipment.

AD - ‪@WHOOP‬ is an incredible tool that measures your sleep, recovery, workout and readiness to train. Today’s yellow recovery doesn’t mean I need to take a rest day, however its really useful data to undertand where my body is at at the moment and I can decide how much more strain I want to add on top of this, knowing how it may impact my ability to recover. Because I want to get back in the green!
This day to day management of workouts is what I’m really trying to get across to you guys so that your plan is not a fixed work or rest day but you analyse where you are and how much stress you should put on your body each day.
