First, see how to replace the front brake disk on your Honda CRF450R. We’ll show you how to remove the front wheel on your Honda CRF 450, and then evaluate the disk (or brake rotor) to see if it’s still serviceable. Our rotor was worn thinner than the 2.5mm minimum width, so we decided to replace it. Just six bolts hold it in place, so this is an easy swap.
