LEARN HOW TO MAKE EASY CHINESE STEAMED EGGS IN A MINUTE!

I’m using 3 eggs that measures up to ¾ cup after whisking and add in ½ cup of water to the mix.

Whatever the number of eggs you are using, just remember the ratio 2:1 and you’ll be fine.

Steam for 6-8 minutes, if you’re unsure, give it a shake and if it is still very wobbly in the centre then continue to steam it.

Top it with some light soy sauce, sesame oil, roasted garlic and spring onions.
