What is consciousness? Non-Duality, becoming and being

What is consciousness and how does that fit in non-duality?

Well before we start I just want to calm Tony Parson down a bit by making a disclamer regarding the word “consciousness”

it is not meant in the way that gives him twitches and makes him breathe into a paper bag I promise you because the word ”consciousness” is limiting of what I actually mean so please dont dismiss this, I will be getting to it.

I use the word consciousness to be able to have a conversation about this at all.

I could just as well call it energy like Tony does but I think the word “energy” would for some listeners be too vague or too abstract and would not give what I am about to say, the direction of what I am actually talking about.

I also want to make sure that you know that this is my take on it,
it is for sure not the take of everyone talking non-duality
so there is no need for a civil war in the comment section, this is purely meant as a tool for reflection and I would love to reflect with all of you
with kindness and compassion about a topic that is a minefield to talk about not even to say completely impossible to comprehend and therefore utterly unimaginable to talk about..
