Beautiful Bruges: Medieval Sights, Canals, History - Belgium 4K

Bruges (Brugge), often called the "Venice of the North," is a World Heritage site steeped in history, where medieval charm is preserved in its Gothic architecture, narrow cobblestone streets, and winding canals. Stunning landmarks showcase its rich past as Northern Europe’s thriving center of trade and culture. See inside its medieval City Hall, City Court, Bascilica of the Holy Blood, and Church of Our Lady. It is home to a legendary relic brought back from the Holy land during the second crusade, and also home to a famous sculpture by Michaelangelo, twice taken, twice returned. We visit its key medieval sights, including a hidden gem, explore its canals, and appreciate its history.

Video was captured from two visits: first in Sep 2017 using a Sony FDR-AX43, and then in April 2023 using a Sony FX30 camera, 4K 60P, S-Cinetone (with Color Phase +2 for more natural look), with a Sony E 15mm F1.4 G lens. Select scenes including aerial are from Envato Elements.
