HUGE Kinessa NERFS vs 5 Supports! (Paladins)

Kinessa got some sizeable nerfs in the Reality Warp update! The slow effect of her mines has been reduced and her carbine has been rejiggered to fire faster but deal less damage. However, the real heavy hitter was the nerf to her sniper's fire rate, which went from 1s to 1.2s. This means there's more down time between shots, giving enemies more time to react and lowering her overall damage potential. How does this affect her state in the meta?
