INGREDIENTS
-1.Kilos ground pork
-1Tbsp salt
-ground black pepper
-1Tbsp onion powder
-1Tbsp garlic powder
-finely 1pc chopped carrot
-chopped spring onion
-1Cup breadcrumbs
-1pc whole egg
-2pcs sliced onions
-2pcs sliced red bell pepper
-strained canned pineapple chunks (432g NET wt. 257 DRAINED wt.)
-1/2tsp salt
-ground black pepper
-strained juice from pineapple chunks
-1/2cup dark brown sugar
-1/2cup vinegar
-1/2cup banana ketchup
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-1 and 1/2Tbsp slurry (1 and 1/2Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 and 1/2Tbsp water)
