Strawberry Fluff Salad

Ingredients:
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz) package frozen strawberries, thawed and diced
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
2. Fold in whipped topping until well combined and no streaks remain.
3. Add crushed pineapple, diced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut (if using) to the bowl. Gently fold until all ingredients are evenly distributed and coated in the pudding mixture.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the strawberry fluff salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
5. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
