Ingredients:
For Pakodi
300 gram Moong Dal
8-10 pieces of Garlic (Lehsun)
2 Green Chillis (hari mirch)
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
Pinch of Asfoetida (Heeng)
Turmeric Powder (haldi): 1/2table spoon
1 inch Ginger (adrak)
Salt (namak) as per taste.
Oil for frying

For Gravy
2 Onions (Pyaz), roughly cut
1 inch Ginger (adrak)
8-10 pieces of Garlic (Lehsun)
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
Pinch of Asfoetida (Heeng)
3 tablespoon Oil
3 tomatoes (Tamatar)
Turmeric Powder (haldi): 1/2table spoon
1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Powder
Garam Masala: 1/2 tablespoon.
1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
Salt to taste
