Spring At The Off-Grid Cabin!

It's spring at the cabin, which means it's time to take the buckets and taps off the trees!

Syrup season seemed like it came and went so fast year but ended up being the best season so far. We finished up with 50L of syrup which is more than enough to get through the year.

Now that syrup season is over, it's time to move on to all the spring projects. Stay tuned to see what's planned for the cabin and the homestead this season!
