Mental health refers to a person’s emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It also includes how people think, feel, behave, as well as how they handle stress, relate to others, and how they make choices.

Mental health is a huge topic because we all could use some work on taking better care of ourselves. We all have gone through some painful or uncomfortable experiences, things that shaped us for good or bad and we need to know how to manage those things, so they hopefully do not affect us negatively.

Today I want to discuss mental health PRACTICES. Notice how I said practice because it is. It is not something you will do a few times, get good at it and then you can stop… nope! These are things you will do for the rest of your life. You can choose to do them, or you can stop doing them and then see the impact not doing them has on how you feel and your life.
