Apres Ski (post workout) Yoga Class - Five Parks Yoga (30 Min)

This Apres Ski yoga class was literally filmed after a long day of skiing at Crested Butte in Colorado. So, the class was designed to address the places you might feel stiff, sore or uncomfortable after a day on the slopes. This class is slow and gentle but includes deep stretches for the feet and legs with a variety of lunges. This yoga class also includes some shoulder stretches and chest openers. As with all of my sports related yoga classes, you will benefit from this class whether or not you have ever even been on skis! Let me know what you think in the comments below!
