MIXING NOTES: Rittenhouse is a great rye for this one. Liber orgeat is very robust so just ½ if you use it (video shows ¾ , too dominant)

1 fresh pressed pineapple juice
¾ fresh lemon juice
½ Liber orgeat syrup
2dsh Peychaud's
Whip clear cracked ice, strain into cracked ice filled rocks glass, pineapple frond, lemon wheel, speared Luxardo cherry, straw
