Electronic Vacuum Regulators from Equilibar

Описание к видео Electronic Vacuum Regulators from Equilibar

www.equilibar.com Equilibar has several families of electronic vacuum regulator to cover nearly any vacuum application. This video shows models for low flow and high accuracy, models which are all stainless and PTFE wetted parts, and electronic vacuum regulators for very high flow rates up to 4 inch NPT. Calibrations include gauge vacuum, absolute pressure, and vacuum through positive pressure ranges.
The first regulator shown uses a small true proportional solenoid valve to very precisely control vacuum pressure. While this valve is very low flow, it the proportional solenoid offers very high resolution and near stepless performance. This can be very useful for vacuum applications that have a closed volume with no flow or for calibrating vacuum gauges and vacuum switches.
The second vacuum regulator shown uses an electronic regulator to pilot operate a volume boosting regulator with all stainless steel and PTFE wetted parts. The electronic pilot regulator also has all stainless and Viton wetted parts. This combination creates an electronically controlled package capable of working with aggressive media or media at higher temperature. This combination is available in sizes from 1/4 to 2 inch NPT. Typical applications include vacuum distillation. The Equilibar is a great fit because the SS/PTFE regulator will control vacuum in the high temperature, wet, and mixed media conditions often found in a vacuum distillation set up.
The last electronic vacuum pressure regulator is used for very high flow vacuum pressure control. It uses a low flow rate electronic regulator to pilot operate a 1.5 inch to 4 inch NPT volume boosting vacuum regulator. Cv values up to 162 are available and larger models can be custom built.
Finally, a live demo demonstrates the stable and smooth control using a 30 in Hg to 15psig gauge to show the output from a QPV1 that is calibrated 0 to 10 VDC = 0 to 30 in Hg gauge vacuum. While this is a common calibration nearly any vacuum range is available to better match your application. 4-20mA, RS232, RS485, and Ethernet models are available.
