Chilli Paneer | Stir Fried Paneer Chilli
Ingredients
Paneer/Cottage cheese - 200 Gram cut in cubes
Tricolour Capsicum - 1/2 Cup diced
Onion - 1 small sized diced
Garlic - 1 Tablespoon finely chopped or crushed
Ginger - 1 Teaspoon finely chopped or crushed
Green chilli - 2 long strip
Soy Sauce - 2 Tablespoon
Chilli Sauce - 1 Teaspoon or as per taste
Tomato Ketchup - 2 & 1/2 Tablespoon
Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Spring onion greens - 2 Tablespoon chopped
White Sesame Seeds - as required for garnishing
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Instructions
1. Dice the veggies in square-shaped pieces. Wash the paneer and cut into cubes. Slit the green chillies to make long strips.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli. Saute them on a high flame for 30 seconds.
4. Then add onion, tri-colour capsicum. Saute them on a high flame for a minute or two.
5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar. Toss everything properly.
6. Then add paneer cubes, black pepper powder, salt. Toss well and saute it for a minute or two.
7. Lastly, add chopped spring onion greens and mix. Then, turn off the flame.
8. Transfer the dish to a serving plate and garnish it with sesame seeds.
9. Delicious 'Chilli Paneer | Stir Fried Paneer Chilli' is ready to be served.
