Baked Beans Quesadillas | How To Make Quesadillas | Easy Vegetarian Quesadilla Recipe

Not all the fancy dishes are complicated. This one for example is the easiest one. Just chop your favourite veggies. Get baked beans - cans are easily available and cook up this amazing Baked Beans Quesadillas in torillas or maida roti or chapatis. Everything works.

Ingredients :
Oil
Some finely chopped veggies (garlic cloves, onion, celery sticks, capsicum, green chillies, mushrooms)
Boiled sweet corn
2 can baked beans
Maida roti (tortillas/chapatis optional)
Some cheese

Method :
To Make Stuffing :-
Heat up the pan, pour some oil
Add some finely chopped garlic cloves
Add some finely chopped onion
Add some finely chopped celery sticks
Add salt as per taste
Add some finely chopped capsicum
Add some finely chopped green chillies
Add some chopped mushrooms (optional)
Add some pizza seasonings (dry basil/pasta seasonings optional)
Mix it and cook for 5 min
Then add boiled sweet corn
Add 2 can baked beans
Cover the lid and cook for 5-7 min until gravy reduces and turns dry
Turn off the stove and let it cool down

To Make Quesadillas :-
Heat up the pan, drizzle some oil
Place maida roti half-way on it (can also use tortillas/chapatis)
Spread 2 spoon stuffing on it
Add some cheese on it
Fold roti covering the stuffing, press gently and flip it
Prepare another quesadilla in the same pan
Roast on medium flame until they turn golden-brown from both the sides
(Make more quesadillas with the same procedure)
