Struggling to maintain consistency throughout the game? This late off-season stamina workout is designed to keep you sharp from the first whistle to the final buzzer. Our interval stamina training incorporates change of direction, static holds, and explosive power under fatigue to ensure you stay at your peak performance.

Workout Exercises:
100yd Shuttle Run: 1 rep
Post Hold: 10-15 seconds each side
Knee Down Lateral Bound: 4 each side
Squat Jump + Hold: 4 reps (1 jump + 5-10 seconds hold)
REST 3-minutes between sets and aim for 3-5 sets.
Remember: Warm up properly before starting this tough workout to avoid injury and maximize gains.
