This week young heavyweight prospect Ricky Gorman appoints a new strength and conditioning coach James Macc aka 'The Wild Welshman' James will be known to fans of popular tv series SAS Who Dares Wins, where he was a contestant on the show with Ant Middleton. We watch James put Ricky through his paces! Ricky takes us to buy some raw milk from a farm, a pub meal and he takes a trip to Deva Boxing Club in Chester to see old coach Oggy.
