At Home with the Gormans - Spin off series 'On the Road with Ricky!'

In this episode Ricky Gorman is opening his friends and sponsors new bar in Chester. He is at the boxing in Liverpool to support his brother Nathan Gorman who is in a big title fight. Ricky goes for a dip in an ice bath at 'Well Iced Therapy' and we find out the benefits from doing it. We visit Ricky's old school and Ricky speaks about his faith and gives some words of advice to anyone feeling low.
