This Metta or Loving Kindness Meditation is a Beginner guided meditation with many instructions that runs 30 minutes, the prescribed time for a sitting. It is based on the Metta instructions of Bhante Vimalaramsi. Metta is part of the Brahma Viharas found and described in the earliest Buddhists texts. This meditation will lead you directly to deep awakening of the heart and mind.
