Today you can celebrate Lammas with me. Now what is Lughnasadh or Lammas in its core and what do we celebrate on the first of August? Do you know how to celebrate Lammas and what folk magick to do traditionally on Lughnasadh?
I want to share some folklore and pagan traditions with you, give you Lughnasadh ritual ideas, and of course, do some Lammas-themed kitchen witchery!

In today's Lughnasadh celebration we will hike in the olive groves and hills of Cordoba (as is pagan tradition), do a Lughnasadh inspired walking meditation, chat about some pagan customs of the Celtic tribes regarding Lammas, hear more about common correspondences for Litha and how to celebrate the pagan holiday in other cultures and climate zones, cook up a true kitchen witches' Lammas feast, learn about the lore of the olive tree and mediterranean green witchcraft, and come up with a great Lughnasadh ritual idea that actually doubles as a happiness spell.

Olive & Rosemary Focaccia
x 1 1/3 cup warm water
x a handful of olives (otional)
x a handful of walnuts (optional)
x 2 teaspoon sugar
x 1 package active-dry yeast
x 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
x 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
x 2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
x 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Spicy roasted chicken
x 1 whole chicken
x 8 tbsp crisco or butter
x 1 tsp salt
x 1 tsp pepper
x 4 tbsp pimenton (paprika powder)

Sangria body scrub

x 1/8 apple
x 1/8 orange
x 1/8 lemon
x 1 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
x 1/4 cup red wine
x 1 tbsp honey
x 1 tbsp olive oil
