Following the successful lift slab demolition of the Fareham MSCP (Multi-storey car park) earlier in the year, HWM Group has progressed with land remediation. Our Civil Engineering division are currently levelling the site for a surface car park whilst constructing drainage, new walkways and installing utilities across the site.
The surface car park will service the existing shopping centre and the new Fareham LIVE arts centre with EV charge points being installed as part of the development.
