This kundalini yoga kriya will energise your entire spine and nervous system, and offers very subtle chiropractic adjustments to the back.

As always, with any kundalini yoga kriya, please take care of yourself. Don't push any injuries, always play it safe with areas of tightness or sensitivity. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
