『Ceramic Filter Dripper』🪨💧 | KYUEMON | Pourover Coffee

📌 Hello everyone, today I'm showing you guys a ceramic filter dripper by Kyuemon, Japan. The ceramic filter dripper is a very interesting dripper. It is designed with a maze-like porous ceramic that consists of countless tiny holes that lets the water seep through. A coarser grind is recommended for this dripper as the brew is slower.

A key note about this dripper is that it requires relatively higher maintenance, as the cleaning process requires fire or burning to burn off the coffee remains. Despite its high maintenance, it is still quite a fun and novel way to brew coffee.
